The
creator of the Vista brute force keygen has admitted that it doesn’t
work, and that “everyone who said they got a key are probably lying or
mistaken!” and that he’d like a job, and not a lawsuit.
The man who cracked Vista, known as ‘Computer User’ at the KezNews.Com Forum, has admitted in a posting entitled “Brute force keygen a phoney” that the keygen doesn’t actually work, even as Microsoft are reported to be investigating the crack to see if it works or not.
‘Computer User’ said that “fact is the brute force keygen is a joke, i
never intended for it to work. I have never gotten it to work, everyone
should stop using it! everyone who said they got a key is probably
lying or mistaken! i suggest everyone uses the 120 day 3x rearm
method."
Some commenters at the site have said that the keygen may still work
through sheer random luck, but would take a very long time. Some claim
you might be lucky enough to chance upon a proper combination, giving
some small hope that those who claimed success really did get a key,
instead of just pretending they did for the kudos.
A few people seem to perhaps still be hoping against hope that the
crack may work, despite some putting days into testing the crack
without results, while others hope that the bogus crack might convince
others to use the idea to create a version that actually does work as
advertised.
Computer User says in the second page of comments that “i beleive the
BFkeygen is the worst problem for M$ cause it steals genuine keys.
which is why i have stopped all operations. and have created mass
confusion”, to which a user called dragger replied: “dude it never
worked... any real programmer could have told you. you have no math in
it you just use random... with that method you can in theory always be
wrong. Also you check for characters taht are banned from theirs. it
was funny to see people think it worked.. but its just a matter of time
be4 the pawns realize it'll never work... ps if it actually did work
why wasn't any keys posted”.
The long and the short of it all is that the guerrilla war that is
on between hackers and Microsoft over Vista’s activation and ‘Windows
Genuine Advantage’ shows no signs of slowing down, with even the
Chinese said to have developed a crack that does something to the BIOS
and MBR to stop Windows Vista from activating.
It’s turning into a tit-for-tat war with non-genuine users at risk that
Microsoft will be able to de-activate pirate versions without the
pirates having enough time to create a fix before seeing a one hour
browser session and nothing else.
So, how soon before the next Vista crack is announced, whether hoax or
no? Only hackers working on it will know, but all hackers and pirates
must know that this is the trickiest activation from Microsoft to crack
yet, with the previous ‘blind eye to piracy’ unofficial (?) policy
firmly wide open and restored to sight. |

Inter, triste addio all'Europa
Pari a Valencia con rissa finale
Nella ripresa qualche buona occasione per parte. Dopo il fischio di chiusura
provocazione di Navarro, ma diversi uomini di Mancini ci cascano: pioveranno squalifiche
VALENCIA - Grande in Italia, piccola in Europa. La corazzata Inter affonda al Mestalla e dice addio alla Champions League. Obbligata a vincere dopo il 2-2 di San Siro, la formazione nerazzurra non va oltre lo 0-0 in casa del Valencia ed esce di scena negli ottavi. La determinazione agli uomini di Mancini non è certo mancata, ma la poca lucidità e l'ottima prova degli spagnoli, ben messi in campo e capaci di chiudere ogni volta tutti gli spazi, infligge un duro colpo alle ambizioni di un'Inter che da qui fino al termine della stagione potrà soltanto consolarsi con lo scudetto e la finale di coppa Italia. E' vero che nel primo tempo l'arbitro ha negato un rigore agli uomini del Mancio ma questa non era proprio serata. E la rissa che ha caratterizzato il dopo partita, con Burdisso, Cordoba, Cruz e Maicon coinvolti, la dice lunga sul nervosismo in casa nerazzurra. Roberto Mancini lascia a sorpresa Figo in panchina e decide di utilizzare Burdisso davanti alla difesa con Stankovic, Dacourt e Zanetti in mezzo al campo. Per il resto confermato il pacchetto arretrato con Cordoba e Materazzi centrali e Maicon e Maxwell esterni, mentre in avanti tocca alla coppia Ibrahimovic-Crespo. Nel Valencia stessa formazione vista a San Siro, fatta eccezione per lo squalificato Albelda mentre a centrocampo rientra Baraja.
Davanti a Canizares linea a quattro con Miguel, Ayala, Albiol e Moretti, sulle fasce ci sono Angulo e David Silva, in attacco confermati Villa e Morientes. L'Inter comincia con il piglio giusto e al 2' arriva già la prima occasione con la sponda di Ibrahimovic sulla quale Crespo non arriva di un soffio. Ma gli spagnoli mettono subito in chiaro che non vogliono limitarsi a difendere il 2-2 dell'andata e all'11' c'è la risposta di Baraja, il cui tiro da fuori viene deviato in angolo da Julio Cesar. Il ritmo è altissimo, i nerazzurri pressano a tutto campo ma quando c'è da ripartire le maglie valenciane si chiudono bene e per Ibra e Crespo è difficilissimo trovare spazi. La partita, però, la fanno gli uomini di Mancini e con il trascorrere dei minuti l'intensità della manovra nerazzurra aumenta. E al 35' l'Inter si vede negare un rigore quando un tiro di Crespo nell'area piccola sbatte sul braccio di Albiol. Il Valencia comincia a soffrire e come se non bastasse perde anche Baraja, al cui posto Sanchez Flores è costretto a mettere Hugo Viana, più trequartista che interditore. La formazione di Mancini continua a spingere ma si va all'intervallo sullo 0-0. Nella ripresa, dopo un buon avvio degli spagnoli, l'Inter torna a spingere e al 6', su un cross dalla destra Maicon, Stankovic colpisce in acrobazia ma la palla finisce sull'esterno della rete. Tre minuti dopo però è Julio Cesar a intervenire bloccando a terra un velenoso colpo di testa di Moretti. Il risultato non si sblocca, il cronometro corre e Mancini decide di giocare la carte Cruz e Figo, in campo al posto di Crespo e Dacourt. I nuovi entrati danno più vivacità alla manovra nerazzurra, ma il Valencia non molla un metro e quando c'è la possibilità riparte in contropiede sfruttando la velocità di Villa e Silva. I minuti passano, il gol-qualificazione non arriva e allora ecco anche Grosso in campo al posto di Maxwell. E alla mezz'ora trema il Valencia, con un colpo di testa di Materazzi che Marchena salva sulla linea. Nell'ultimo quarto d'ora l'Inter prova il tutto per tutto, rischia dietro ma si fa pericolosa con Cruz e Grosso (che due volte si vede respingere il tiro dalla difesa spagnola), il Valencia è stanco ma resiste, sfiora addirittura il gol ma alla fine si accontenta di uno 0-0 che spalanca le porte dei quarti. Poi la rissa finale che rende ancora più amara la conclusione di questa avventura in Europa. Rissa spaventosa, accesa dal panchinaro spagnolo Navarro che, con un pugno ha spaccato la faccia a Burdisso (intento a litigare con Joaquin e Marcena), ma proseguita anche da diversi interisti (Cordoba, Maicon, Cruz, lo stesso Burdisso) che hanno cercato di farla pagare immediatamente a Navarro. Lo spagnolo deve ringraziare la sua buona velocità di base se è riuscito a salvarsi. Negli spogliatoi, poi, è successo di tutto. Il delegato Uefa dovrebbe aver preso buona nota di tutto. Pioveranno squalifiche dall'una e dall'altra parte. ( 6 marzo 2007)
